7. Returns & Refunds

Due to health and food safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
